I personally even prefer it to some of the other overhyped Chole Bhaturey places in South Delhi (Nagpals in Lajpat Nagar which tastes as if they cook in engine oil) or even Bhanu sweets in Malviya Nagar (which gives listless Bhatura's and boiled aloo + boiled chana in the name of paneer Chole). The chana are flavourful, with just the right amount of spices, and you can taste the paneer and the ghee. The Bhatura's are soft, fluffy, big, and have paneer inside them too. The hygiene here is top notch with all precautions for Covid followed even though the Ramphal Chowk market in Dwarka is a cesspool. I would advise going here early in the morning, say 9am when they start serving and the market is virtually empty, as the dish is high in demand and gets sold out by lunchtime.
