Aap Ka Bazar - Dwarka Sector 7 — Local services in Delhi

Been going there for ages but for past few years they have made this weird rule of keeping our bags outside, evn when it's empty . We carry bags from home to avoid using plastic and the plastic bags they provide is also useless as it has nothing to hold on to, it's just sealed and is difficult to carry. This new guard who applies tikka is so rude and always argue with us to keep even our empty bags outside. When we tell him that it has valuable items inside and it's empty he don't listen and keeps cramming abt it. Bcz of this rude guard I have stopped going to the shop. They hv to understand there are old customers too and they carry bags from homes and these ppl make it keep outside, and at the time of billing they have to run up and down the stairs again for the bag. Big showrooms also doesn't have such sick rule which these people have. They are just a kirana store and they shud look after the convenience...

I am regular customer of Aap ka Bazar store, Dwarka sec 7, they have variety of grocery items with competitive price but unfortunately some time they cheat on you, may be intentionally or not. I usually don't check delivered items again, but this time they didn't delivered 2 important items and neither informed me nor refunded me in my account. according to them they have delivered complete order but when I informed them about 2 missing Items (Protienx and Zandu Honey) they admitted it and insure me to close this case asap. I think there is gap in process need to work on delivery process otherwise #Aapkabazar will...

The owner and the staff are very high headed... it seems they have got enough customers/footfall they now dont care about the customers in the store. They have 3 billing counters and even then they will keep only one of them opetational, irrespective whether there is a long queue at the counter ( even in the current corona times). Neither the owner nor his staff wear mask or follow covid protocols. And if you complain then owner will say 'You need to request if you want another billing counter to be open'. Even the products that they sell seems spurious and bad quality. Avoid this shop, there are so many...
