Ambience is good and easy to locate right on the mehruali gurgaon road. They dont accept cards though... Only cash. Easy to find parking as well and the preparation is acceptable. The Latte was stronger than I would've liked almost closing in on a Cappuccino but I wont call it bad. Was adequately hot and the croissant was fresh too. It was open at 930 in the morning so that's also good. Overall 4/5 for ambience and preparation but 2/5 for not accepting cards. That means you might have to search for an atm which there are none close by. There is Wi-Fi thankfully...

Not a good Barista-Brand experience. Shift - 11AM. 24th Jan 2025. Table was unstable and rocking. Requested staff to put a paper underneath so that Coffee doesn't spill. Staff didn't fix the problem. Then went and spoke to Manager. His cold answer was - Shift to a new Table.

A. What experience would you give to a new Guest who occupies the same Table thereafter? B. Rather than resolving in-store issues, attitude is to deflect? C. Is this Barista-Brand Furniture, its Maintenance standards & Staff etiquette?

Even in a Road side Dhaba, staff would fix...
