The pour over was heavenly, with notes of dried fruit and nuts. The mojito also had super fresh mint that I could smell from across the table, so their non-coffee drinks are also exceptionally good.
They also sell coffee beans, and you simply have to get some to sample some of India’s up and coming Arabica varieties.
The owner is super knowledgeable and friendly! When he realized they’d accidentally made our pour over with the espresso grinder instead of the more course grinder, they made us another batch for free! We then chatted about Indian coffee, and how the terroir affects the flavors.
