Worst cake delivery experience ever!!!!!!!

I ordered a cake online to be delivered at midnight (paid extra for the service). The cake was never delivered at midnight. The next morning, I called the bakery and asked about my order. The owner said they would deliver before 6:00 pm.

I was appalled by the service. Since I paid them extra for the delivery, I asked them to deliver flowers as a compensation. To which the owner agreed. Later around 8:00 pm, the cake was delivered with no flowers, nothing. I contacted them again, to which they said they will deliver chocolates the next day as they forgot. I was shocked by the way the owner changed the planned. After that they stopped receiving my calls or replying.

These people think it’s a joke when someone makes an order from them and pay them beforehand. Since I live abroad and expected some sort good service or at least reasonable (reading other reviews) but these people totally made a joke of the occasion. Never seen such a service from anyone.

I m reply for Nupur Saxena post... Cake was supposed to be ready n picked by 6 pm... We have waited almost 30 mins to pick non finished cake... The edges and cake was in worst position.... Then u have taken extra 1 hour for finishing because i have requested... Otherwise ur team was supposed to pack the cake in the worst position...n they were saying karigar ne thik se kar skta..... Means ur cake person doesn't know how to design cake.. So why u take orders... N i have ask discount on ur cake been...

Wonderful Bakery nearby my home. Few days ago, I went there for the first time to try Chocolate Donuts and Vanilla Chocolate Pastries. I loved both of them, taste wise, packing wise and the way staff packed it for me. I found it economical price wise too. Very clean and nice bakery. Today, I have got Chocolate Donuts and Dark Fantasy pastry. I ate the pastry and in a meanwhile will eat donut too. I would recommend this bakery for great taste of delicacies and...
