Fraud billing to not let u claim benefits for ur money by cafe coffee day staff in west delhi rajouri garden..... Must visit for a strange smell n unhygeinic washrooms.. Perfect for for coffee beverages but not food as kitchen counter in very unhygenic.... coffee till made as per customers expectations is ok but smell here is very unpleasant..... Staff counter boy vivek is a gimmick... He wont let u claim beans against ur purchase n will plead that ur bill is processed before even payment so u should pay him else he will pay from pocket... This whole episode lets him gather all billing beans to server ...support nos dont raise ticket and only gives email to forward complaint...... Store manager naveen trikha when called ..says that he was not at duty so cant help.... Strange minor amount fraud at every billing or a scam.... Beware...... Ample free parking outside...... Easily locatable for meetings n dates..... Must visit for a strangeday....when around...

Cafe Coffee Day outlet located in the Rajouri Garden Market. Maintaining all quality and standards of the Brand. Staff is courteous and service is fast. The only thing to rate store as average is.. on the day of visit it was out of water supply, hence didn't made drinking water available also the wash-room was also not available. Being a brand of repute, such things have to be taken care.. without any exceptions. Anyways, enjoyed my...

They keep on asking, Sir order kar lijye, Sir order kar lijye, although I have informed after the meeting I will do that but inbetween my meeting only 3 different people came and say sir order kar lijye, imagine how embarrassing it was, and here I want to mention that that meeting was of only 1hr an imagine three people came in just one hour and asking again and again...
