Pathetic hospitality I visited this place the second time as my first experience was fine. First time we had a coffee which was good and came back but the second time when I went with my family the experience was extremely bad. We ordered cold coffee, frappe and hot coffee with their speciality food item. While ordering we requested them to provide the hot coffee divided in a small cup as we had a toddler kid along who would cry if it wouldn’t come for him like everyone else. We didn’t separately order for him as he just wanted to hold it with us. The owner agreed to this and not even once did he say that he won’t divide it and bring it. But first when he got the order he didn’t divide it into 2 and on requesting again he didn’t divide it but brought a cup to which my kid as expected started crying. That man not even courteous enough became rude and said we don’t divide the coffee for any one. If you want do it on your own and don’t teach me how to handle the shop. Also, one of the chairs was dirty so we asked the waiter to change the chair, he first took permission of the owner and then changed the chair which unnecessarily...

Extremely disappointing experience at Coffee Dates. There’s no physical menu, only a QR code that takes forever to load — and while you’re struggling with that, the staff literally won’t let you breathe. I was asked multiple times within minutes to “please scan the menu” — can I settle in first?

Once you’re done eating or drinking, the owner practically hovers, hinting for you to leave. I had barely finished my coffee, and within two minutes, he came asking, “Are you done?” Another time, despite empty tables, he said others were waiting and asked me to leave. Clearly, they just want quick payment and for you to get out.

Also, they don’t assign a waiter to take your order — you have to go to the counter, but somehow they have enough waiters to come ask you to scan the menu five times?

Overall, rude attitude, zero hospitality. Not a place to relax — more like a pay-and-get-out model. Definitely...

Since their opening, I have visited them on several occasions, but I will no longer be patronizing them.

Our experience was utterly disastrous. We ordered a mix sauce pasta, peri-peri fries, and hazelnut cold coffee.

After fifteen minutes, when we inquired about the status of our order, they informed us that the coffee and fries would arrive within the next fifteen minutes, while the pasta would take an additional five to ten minutes.

One hour had elapsed since placing our order when we finally received the pasta. When we attempted to speak with the manager or in-charge, we were informed that he was occupied and unavailable.
