Worst experience,,,I ordered cake for my daughter's 5 yr birthday...but they spoiled my mood while I was hosting party at home ,,shobhna was very rude..she didn't delivered it on time,she never admit her mistake,,, arrogant.pehle she didn't told me that it will take extra money for delivery,,at the time of delivery she disappointed me by using harsh words like mene apko 2000 islie hi charge Kia h delivery we will not provide...then I send my old father in law to bring that cake then shobhna didn't turnup for few minutes at delivery place,my papa was searching for her n shobhna was doing video call n shouted on me to bring cake In mid of party i had to deal with her,when my father finally found her on shop she refused to give cake to him unless remaining payment was done ,,i told her mam pls handover that cake to him,m paying online half payment as I did earlier for half but she didn't agree to give cake n delaying my party.....worst lady I have ever experienced on cake shop...when she needs order,she chase u after that she behave...

I am not satisfied with cake cream taste is very bad inside black forest taste also little bit ok my first experience is bad with you. When I came shop one person tell me I am the best in Delhi you will come again what I give cake this is my first and last next I will not come. Very bad service they take only money they didn't give taste very bad taste cake they put food color also too much in cake.my money is waste I will not suggest anybody to take cake from them they know how to make money they don't how to give service for customer.😡😡 Very bad service and taste very bad 😡 they call me talking very roughly they don't how to talk to customer really they shouting with customer in phone using bad word very very very bad...
