Deli Belly — Restaurant in Delhi

This was my second visit to the restaurant. Obviously I had loved it the first time, so that's why I went back. The ambience is friendly with a dim lighting and a sobre décor. The options in starters are not that attractive so, we ordered the quintessential and my favorite chicken sweet corn soup to begin with, that did not disappoint at all. The place does serve alcohol but being teetotalers we ordered a fruit punch and a virgin mojito. Basic but nice. For main course 'Deli Belly' offers variety, from Italian, Indian to coastal and continental. My friend ordered a combo of mutton roghanjosh with rice and lachha parantha for himself which was pretty sufficient for one person, served with cucumber and onion salad in a bowl shaped papad. Yes, you read that right. :) The papad obviously got soggy but we ate it. Though this combo was pretty sufficient for one person, people with bigger appetite should order something else too as just this might not suffice their hunger pangs. I ordered fish and chips for myself which I've eaten better at other places. But was not that bad either. It tasted better with the dip that came with it. Altogether we had a great time. The place is clean and the staff friendly. Being placed at a commercial complex, not many people know about this place so, it's never crowded. A must try for people looking for alcohol, peace and variety in food options at a pocket...

This is one of the very few restro-bar near Sarita Vihar. I had a beer and tandoori chicken. The beer was chilled and served OK. The tandoori chicken was not really the best.

Late in the evening it got crowded with guys coming for a drink after work before going home. It soon got filled and loud. I had to share the table with strangers and I had to call it a night.

Conclusions: Crowded with men after work. The ambiance is like a pub in a mining town where all the labours come down to the local pub for a drink after their shift before going home.

Not a good idea to spent the evening. May be try visiting after 22:00.

The chicken was mediocre. The beer was OK.

Expensive for the ambiance and for the food they serve. I will not...

Had a good time with friends. Though small but Nice place. Stuff is not very professional or may be under trained but they were good. Service was fast. Not crowded. Food is good. Drink menu is ok not many choices. Near to Jasola Apollo Metro. Car parking available. Weekends could be crowded. Cost is upto 1.5 to 2k for 2 with alcohol....
