KAISONSINN — Hotel in Jasola

Pleasant stay, but cleanliness and breakfast need serious improvement

Stayed at Kaisonn Inn recently and while the overall stay was okay, there were a few things that really took away from the experience.

The rooms and premises had a strong, unpleasant smell almost like they were cleaned using a very old or musty cloth. It was hard to ignore and made the space feel unhygienic. The room size was decent and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout, which was a saving grace.

Breakfast, however, was a real letdown. No aloo in the famous Delhi-style aloo paratha? That was a shocker. They served pav bhaji , an odd choice for breakfast but it didn’t taste like pav bhaji at all. Also, no eggs as the property is strictly veg, which might be a dealbreaker for some. Not the kind of start you’d hope for in the morning.

If they work on cleanliness and improve the breakfast spread, the experience could be much better. Until then, it’s...

I had an amazing stay At kaison's Inn , I was there for 6 days for my training purpose and the hospitality was superb . I would like to say the food was outstanding and delicious. The person who added stars to it is VIKRAM (Jordon⭐) , thankyou so much CHEF Jordon , apart from being a great chef , you are an amazing human ! So I would like to take my time out and have to appreciate the person you are , the vocabulary you have is too good to be true ! Thankyou for making me feel like I have a known face in an unknown place and someone who's not just into work but also into making people feels like home . I WOULD RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO DO VISIT THIS AMAZING HOSPITALITY. Will visit back sure.

I had a truly wonderful experience at KAISONS INN during my stay. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were courteous and attentive throughout my stay. What really stood out was their honesty and integrity — I had accidentally left my gold ring behind after check-out, and to my surprise and immense relief, the hotel staff promptly found it and made sure it was safely returned to me.||Such a gesture speaks volumes about the values and professionalism of the hotel.
