Diwan Sweet House — Restaurant in Delhi

This is a very old place for quality sweets. They mostly deal in cash. Recently they have started taking online payments, however, they still insist on cash payments. Due to the Covid-19 situation, they have increased the prices for the sweets which is ok if they want to take necessary steps to maintain hygiene and deliver quality sweets with zero contact. However, you won't see any change in the way of providing service between pre and post Covid-19, except for wearing masks. They don't use gloves, all staff members are dealing with cash and touching the sweets& other enables without sanitizing their hands. They don't even use the sanitizers regularly and it isn't been kept at the counters as well. The shop owners usually sit in the shop without masks. Being the oldest shop in the locality and having a large & permanent customer base, they should take care of these hygiene issues and follow government guidelines for the safety of staff as well as customers.
