Subject:Complaint Regarding Poor Quality of Order No. 284 from Dominoās Krishna Nagar Branch
Dear Dominoās Customer Service,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the order I received today from the Dominoās Krishna Nagar branch. I ordered a Fresh Veggie Medium Cheese Burst Pizza and Stuffed Garlic Bread. Unfortunately, the pizza was of extremely poor qualityāit was tasteless, and there was barely 10% of the cheese that should have been on a Cheese Burst Pizza.
When I noticed the issue, I called the delivery boy and requested him to return and replace the pizza. He informed me that he would speak to the store manager. However, when I spoke to Mr. Vijay, the manager, he simply told me that they would ensure better quality the next time I ordered, without offering to resolve the current issue.
This has been the worst experience I've ever had with Dominoās, and I am highly disappointed with the service and quality provided. My order number is 284, and the order was placed on 11.08.2024.
I kindly request that this issue be addressed promptly and that appropriate measures are taken to ensure it does not happen again.

I gave him 205 rupees , and he said that he will give me change of 80 with order , then I thought ok , But he didn't gave me change at that time , I took my order and ate it . You can not even say that there are high chances that he could have run out of cash , but how come he gave me change after that , there was not any other customer who entered, there was only one who paid through online mode

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went this place yesterday and I was totally disappointed with their services. firstly, there was no one on the order counter to assist the customer for ordering whether it's online and offline .people were facing issues in ordering no one was there to assist them ! secondly there kitchen place and their operating space was quiet unhygienic and unhygienic condition is really not good for their customers as well as for their health also!some of the staff members specially a female staff was quite rude with the customer she was not answering them properly , was not paying any attention to the customer so they need to improve their customer handling first !
