My experience at this place was utterly disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. First of all, they only accept cash — no cards or UPI payments are allowed — which is extremely inconvenient and outdated in today’s digital age. It’s hard to believe a business in this day and age would not accommodate modern payment methods. On top of that, customers are not allowed to use the washroom, which is completely unacceptable and makes the visit even more uncomfortable, especially for families or anyone who might need it.

The waiting time for orders is another huge problem. I had to wait a staggering 45 minutes just to get my food, and there was no explanation or apology from the staff. The overall management seems chaotic, disorganized, and entirely unconcerned with customer comfort or satisfaction. Worst Domino’s outlet I have ever seen – Dwarka Mor branch. The moment I entered, staff started with a list of “conditions” instead of service:

Only CASH payment accepted – looks like they are openly trying to save GST. If you don’t have cash, you simply don’t get to order.

No washroom usage allowed – even if you have a baby or emergency, they don’t care.

45 minutes waiting time – in Delhi, where people don’t even have 5 minutes, they expect you to waste 45 minutes just to get a pizza.

This is not Domino’s standard, this is a joke. Imagine telling customers “no card, no UPI, no washroom, 45 min wait” – then why even run a Domino’s outlet? Felt like they were doing me a favor by letting me order.
