Domino's Pizza | Punjabi Bagh, Delhi — Restaurant in Delhi

Ordered from here on 30th oct 2024 and a few days back ie on 2nd November as of posting this review. Highly disappointed in the taste of the pizzas(the new Korean and makhani) as none of them tasted what they should taste like ie only tasted like you are eating any normal cheese burst pizza ,I also called ahead to the store in West punjabi bagh,answered by a lady and asked for extra Korean and makhani in the pizzas the lady assured me of such and asked if I pay extra for it to which I agreed but she refused the take order on the phone said to put it online. The choco lava cake went into the dustbin to avoid any health issues as it tasted weird and kinda stale ,it was like the chocolate used was about go bad or extremely old. Overall I wish I could give the food half a star or less ,never gonna order from here again, complete waste of money. Here one more worst experience with Punjabi Bagh Branch.. The lady executive was so busy on counter she not at all listening to the us while taking order and she is in so rush to take order while talking on phone and responding to their co-executive.. did not at all assist properly and they are always finish with the large base and was so in rush.. she didn’t clear the order and took the wrong order and denied to correct it as according to her the upi payments were done.. She should not attend the call while taking order and first attend the customer in front than should pick the call or she should complete her call if she picked the call than listen to client and take my order. Please dont visit. The staff here has bad behavior. The are busy on their phones and don't worry about customers. I went here two times. First time when I went there the staff was busy in its own work and didn't take order for nearly half an hour and the second time when we went we gave order received it. But after sometime we wanted some cold drink so we went to the counter they were speaking rudely to us . The lady said "Abhi paanch minute pahle hi to order kiya tha saath mein kyu nahi kiya".
