Domino's Pizza | Shahdara , New Delhi — Restaurant in Delhi

I have been to this outlet three times till now, my problem is with the staff there, they have variety of pizzas in their menu but if you order then they only serves with high price pizza from the menu. If you order something 100 rupees they unnecessary make it 150 with unnecessary things even if you don't want that and they will say it is part of this order. I am very dissappointed with the billing staff for this kind of behaviour because I have been to many Dominos outlets, but never faced anything like that every outlets serves what we ask them, they do offer additional things but it's our choice to take it or not but in Krishna nagar outlet they will include just to fool the customer and...

Ac never works in krishna nagar branch. And they never accept card and UPI payments. Yestrday i visited krishna nagar domino's they didnt provide any bill yesterday and when we ask for small size pizza the employee on counter denied to provide small pizza he said we provide only medium or large size pizza and when today i visited again samw thing happned today first denied for small size then denied for bill payment through UPI he said only they accept cash payments..

And if they are not able to provide small size(regular) pizza then remove it from your menu..

I want to give 0 rating if 0 mentioned in rating.. bad service, rudely bhave, denial...

It was a horrible experience I ordered online and i Got delivery after 1.5 hours The store was not picking the call despite numerous try The order has no delivery guarentee but that does not mean they have the liberty to extend the delivery time for 1.5 hours The order got out for delivery after 1 hour and Mr.Akash singh took 30 mins at 10:00pm to cover a distance of 1 km and as expected he was also not answering the calls. The pizza was not at all hot or in any condition to eat. My advice is don't go for this store for ordering,order from any other store that can provide u atleast eatable pizza Horrific and unprofessionalism...
