1 Star - Absolutely Disgusting Experience at Domino's Uttam Nagar

Worst pizza delivery ever! Ordered a Farmhouse pizza (Order #331) from Domino's Uttam Nagar branch and received a completely damaged and half-cooked mess. The pizza box was soaked, the pizza was undercooked with raw dough, and it looked like it was thrown around during delivery.

This is my third terrible experience with this branch - they clearly don't follow basic food safety or quality standards. The pizza was inedible and a complete waste of ₹508.

Avoid this branch at all costs! Poor food handling, terrible preparation, and zero quality control. Domino's management needs to seriously investigate this outlet before they completely ruin the brand's reputation.

Save your money and order from somewhere else.

Nowadays their Food & Services -both are Pathetic. In other words, I can say FUDDU. They are just spoiling the big brand. Let me share my July2019 Scenario : This happened twice with me ; I ordered twice which includes Pizzas (Veg Loaded, Farmhouse & other- don't remember name) + Garlic Bread(Stuffed). The pizzas were looking Stale & no human can easily cut them by their teeths - lolz :). Furthermore, Stuffed Garlic Bread wasn't good in taste & cold also. It should be hot n fresh- but unfortunately it wasn't. Their customer service is also very poor. They don't care about their customer's health & playing with their sentiments. Our childhood place where we all have always wanted to go with our friends and enjoy the never ending love for Pizza. They have been there for so long and there Pizza Mania menu makes it for a small group of school or college friends to go there and enjoy there time out while all have a good tasty pizza along with it. Small place to get together. Have been my favourite since very long. Pizza's are love. We can't ever say no to pizza and Domino's is making it the best way for everyone to have pizza. You can ever get it delivered at your place in 30 minutes. Nostalgia it feels at times. From going there when we are in are teens to going here when we are adults.
