I am writing with a heavy heart to sincerely apologise for a negative review that appeared under my name on Google. I want to make it very clear — that review was not written by me. I have never visited your restaurant, nor have I ever experienced your food or service personally.

The truth is, someone I once trusted — a woman named Jaya Sharma — took my phone without my knowledge and posted that review. She had previously worked at your restaurant before joining my team for a short time. Only now have I come to realise what she did, and I feel deeply hurt and ashamed that such a thing happened through my name.

This has not only affected your reputation, but it has also disturbed me personally. I believe in supporting our industry, not bringing it down unfairly. It pains me to know that someone misused my trust and caused harm to your hardworking team.
