It seems all the reviews regarding the Rude, manner less, high headed and arrogant behavior of the UNCLE sitting at the counter and their employees are true and faced the same when I went to buy cake and some donuts. Sir (Owner), You and your team needs to get some coaching and guidance on how to treat the customers, if the customers are being very polite and regarding you because of your age. It is evident that you and your staff need a deep guidance and training on customer service training courses.
Moving on, They cannot face any kind of constructive, kind and polite feedback on the quality of any of their product. Rather will impose or blame the customers, they must have handled/kept the product wrong.
Have seen your comments cussing and abusing customers (See attached images) on this review section and mentioning don't need customers like you however I understand it takes courage and good acumen to take feedback and improve upon the behavior and services which you clearly lack because of your temperament and high headedness. But the reality, customers have ample options go to and with much better taste, service, treatment.

I specifically told them what to do and what changes to be made in the design at the time of booking and paid all the amount in advance as they do not accept part payment. After that i kept on calling them for any questions on design or confirmation that everything is fine and went once again to the shop to explain the changes in the design. On the day of delivery, they made 3 issues woth my cake which were they retained the namr of the boy ehose name was there on design along with the name of my neice. That's one. As they never give in writing, first the owner will send you the employee so that cake details can be explained. Then Owner will tell you pricing and weight of the cake with things you have asked FOR (in my case it was ₹2800). But when you go on the day to pick your order, he will bill you for more than what was told to you at the time of advance order (in my case it was ₹4000) and the owner will make you feel as if you didn't made him clear for the order (His cunning way of charging you more).
Also I'm not the only one who has faced this situation, there are multiple people who has faced this kind of deception. Owner is pathetic and disgraceful to his employees. NEVER ever visit to this kind of shop, who earns by fooling customers and making customers feel bad as if they are wrong all the time in terms of detailing and pricing, as this is their deceptive technique.
