The Waffle Co. — Restaurant in Delhi

Visited this place on 08Sept’24, the one in prashant vihar and was here for mini pancakes with my family, me and my brother went up to place and order and there was someone from the family waiting and we thought like any other branch of the waffle co. They would also serve us in the car since we’ve paid and ordered The staff named Anand was so so so rude, we asked when can we then come and pick he said you can come in 5mins and if it will be ready you’ll get it and if not you can come back in 10mins and get it. We said other branches does the same but he said you can order from other branch but we can’t and upon requesting also he said I won’t serve and p.s it was all empty nobody was there it was only us. He was very very rude and arrogant I suggest nobody should visit this place especially if someone is physically challenged or handicapped They are not at all understanding or supportive or...

My second visit, thought of giving this place another chance but nope, still as bad as it gets. Been to many TWC’s but this one wins the worst ever waffle place’s award Went in and ordered and politely asked/requested the manager to serve in the car, which was literally outside the premises because it would take 5/10mins for mini pancakes to prepare. He straight away refused and ordered me to come pick it up in next five mins. I replied asking what if it isnt prepared by then, he said you can come again after 10mins Straight up rude and I dont see this branch prospering. Visited the waffle co recently with a friend. Have already tried their waffles during my previous visits so this time I ordered TWC Special Mini Pancakes along with TWC Special Fries. The mini cakes were presented beautifully and tasted heavenly. The TWC Special Fries were crispy & overloaded with different cheesy dips which tasted so damn good. Both of the dishes were delicious & a must try. I also got a kitkat waffle packed for myself. Kitkat waffle from the waffle co has been my favourite since a long time now.
