Everbake bakers at BN-2, Local Shopping Centre, Shalimar Bagh is also selling the breads viz Multigrain bread etc
Normal life of bread is 4 days
But if u visit the store then u wd not get fresh bread which is of the same date. As u wd get the bread which was produced a day before i.e. out of 4 days of shelf life of bread, 2 days are already lapsed so effectively the customers is been sold non-fresh bread and which has life of maximum 2 days more.
On the contrary, Everbake has put a special scheme of offering 50% off on baked items after 10 PM, whereas it is selling 2 days old bread in its store. i.e. if bread's label is mentioning "best before 30/04/2018' then u wd be getting teh same bread till 28/04/2018 late evening, whereas bread was produced on 27/04/2018. So practically if some customers is purchasing bread in evening of 28/04/2018 for consumption on 29/04/2018, then s/he is consuming the bread on the 3rd day of its production and with the remaining life of only 1 day
Question is not that me or any other customer wants to buy non fresh bread, but question is that we want fresh bread of same day ( in the evening of the date of production ) but which is not made available by the store & moreover, isnt it a cheating that they put on display a scheme of 50% off on bakeditems at end of day after 10 PM and then dont fulfill and implement the scheme
I am not interested in buying old and non-fresh at discounted rate but I want that I shd get the fresh bread of the same day, in the evening of the dateof manufacturing and which I am not getting
U(Everbake) charge for a product with a life of 4 days but sells the product with life of 2 days only. Isnt it unethical and rather cheating
If they themselves are doing with such ill practice then what they wd be doing in selling other products specifically the outsourced stalls of pao bhaji, kathi roomali, pasta, chinese etc etc, which appears to hv been given on rental to some outsideagency As the outside agencies must be thinking that if everbake can sell the old and stale goods then why not them also.
So, be careful while purchasing food items from Everbake shalimar bagh,...
Read more🌟 Detailed Review: Ever Bake with Steam Momos 🌟
I recently had the pleasure of trying food from Ever Bake with Steam Momos, and I must say, it was a really satisfying experience overall. I had placed an online order, and from start to finish, the service was smooth and prompt. Everything was delivered neatly and well-packed, which made a very good first impression.
Now, coming to the food — I started with the momos, and honestly, they were quite good. The stuffing inside the momos was fresh and flavorful, which I really appreciated. You could tell the ingredients were good quality. However, one small thing I noticed was that the outer layer of the momos felt a bit thick to me. I personally prefer a slightly thinner covering, which enhances the taste and gives a better bite. I feel if they make that one change — just slightly thin down the momo wrapper — the momos would go from good to excellent!
The chutney served with the momos was delicious. It had a lovely flavor and the perfect amount of spice. That said, I would have loved a little more quantity of the chutney — it was so tasty that it finished quickly!
Apart from the momos, I also tried their golgappe (suji wala), and they were amazingly big and crispy. They stood out because of their size and freshness, and I really enjoyed them. The flavors were spot on.
I also got to try their noodles, and again, no complaints at all — they were well-cooked, nicely seasoned, and not too oily, which is something I always look for in But I think they are less spicy.
Overall, I must say that Ever Bake with Stream Momos has impressed me. Their food quality, service, and the care they put into packaging and preparation all reflect well on their standards. While there is minor room for improvement in the momo wrappers, the rest of the experience was so good that I’m definitely going to order again.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys good quality street-style food with reliable service. Give it a try — you won’t be...
Read moreAs a very old and frequent customer of Ever Bake (Shalimar Bagh), I am writing this review with genuine disappointment regarding the drastic decline in the restaurant's standards over the past few months. The experience is now unsatisfactory across multiple areas:
Food Quality Deterioration: The quality of the food has dropped sharply. It is now excessively oily and tastes comparable to low-end roadside stalls, a significant step down from the quality I was used to. Poor Value & Pricing: The pricing structure is now disproportionate. Prices appear to have nearly doubled compared to other reputable nearby restaurants, yet the quality has decreased. Unacceptable Quantity Reduction: The quantity offered is severely lacking. Many nearby restaurants offer more in a "half plate" than Ever Bake currently provides in a "full plate," often at a quarter of the price. The "miniaturization" of items, such as the naans, is a concerning example of this ongoing reduction. Packaging and Health Concerns: The standard of packaging material used is noticeably low. I question whether the packaging is food-grade, which raises serious concerns about customer health and safety. Order Fulfillment Issues: My recent order via Swiggy was marred by poor execution: one item was completely missing, and another arrived partially spilled due to inadequate packaging.
The combination of rapidly deteriorating food quality, minimized quantity, disproportionately high prices, and substandard packaging means the value proposition is virtually non-existent. I urge the management to immediately address these critical issues and restore the quality the restaurant was...
