Food Scouts — Restaurant in Delhi

I have ordered atleast 20-30 times from food scouts. I have had biryani and drums of heaven from here. When it was new it was very great very tasty thatsy I used to keep ordering from here. The staff wala also very polite.

One day I received drums of heaven in which chicken was smelling like hell. It was stale. It was smelling socks. I did not complained on Swiggy neither I took my refund instead of that I called him to share my experience. What I got to hear was obnoxious. The person whom I called via Swiggy to him who's number was mentioned on Swiggy . He told me 'jo Krna hai kro mera time kharab mt kro jakr Swiggy pe customer care ko bolo' . I thought it might have been a bad day for him that's y he is angry. I ignored.

I ordered last night...u won't believe I got the same quality. The drums were smelling very badly. The colour of the dish was also not same as it was earlier. It's was worse. I paid 260-/ twice and all my money gone into vain.

Please try not to order from here. They think that they are liable of anything . I could have complaint at many platforms for this and might get them fined for what they sent to me. I personally m not gonna order from this place now.

Grilled fish in pesto sauce: Loved the pesto,fish steak was grilled to perfection.This came with mashed potatoes and sauteed veggies.

Paneer parantha,mix parantha: The paranthas were huge and stuffing was good.

Overall the place offers great eating options for all tastes and ages. The packaging is flawless,hardboard compact boxes make sure that food reaches warm and stays fresh for hours.The delivery time is quick,30-40 minutes...

Generally The food is great here. But from last 2-3 months. Their quality is not the same. It's 3rd time in 20-25 days.... The food was pathetic.. Even the they and their service team accepted that. This time I ordered pan fried momos. It was pathetic. It was too much oily. Honestly 3-4 spoons in container..... Earlier it was really good to eat. I thought may be 1-2 piece might burst and get extra oil. But I was wrong. I complaint about it. The guy who served checked and accepted. We request them to make half plate properly for the same and we pay for that. The person taking order said ok after few discussionm We waited for 20 min and then approached him bhaiya dena to dedo else bill do him jaaye. He was rude and said Maine to pehle hi kaha tha nhi dunga.. Does we make mistake to complaint about the quality... Half plate same order Kiya ache se dena we are here just to eat that. Taste matters... I was regular to them almost 3-4 days a week. But I think now they are over crowded and their quality is getting down Owner is never available at his outlet.
