I am giving one star because I am a regular customer but I find some of the serving staff very rude. At my first visit the lady who was serving the thali had no smile on her face and her tone was rude enough to put off any customers. Second time I noticed that when I ordered Thali two of the vegetables looked really less to me than normal. I went back and told the lady on serving counter that the vegetables in Thali looks way too less than normal. She did not accept the mistake and replied that they always serve the same amount. This really put me off and I will not be visiting this place in future. For your reference I am attaching two images here if the Thali I ordered at two different occasions. You can easily see the difference that the Haldiram special Thali from Katwaria Sarai outlet served me very less amount of both the vegetables. Would you still like to visit this place after seeing the proof? I won't. I don't have money to get ripped off. This place has just started its ne branch here. With a very nice ambience and happening environment it has a lot to offer to its customers. I visited this place this evening with a friend and found it very pleasant. We liked their hospitality as well. We had a bit of confusion as well. We were searching for Dhokla option in the menu placed on the customer tables but could not found it. I was, initially, confused and disappointed but with a bit of patience and quairy with billing counter staff I got to know that there are a variety of options available other than those present on the menu. Also another problem is mobile network. I'm a Jio user. It's network is very weak inside here. Which inturn results into failure of NFC Payments. And carrying a lot of cash is very highly unlikely.
