Complaint about Hira Sweets Banquet Hall

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the terrible experience we had at the Hira Sweets Banquet Hall in Moti Nagar. We recently booked your hall for my daughter's birthday celebration, and it turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes of my life. • The two food stalls we paid for were served on trays, which was highly unprofessional and a great disappointment. • There was no dedicated ice cream stall. Guests had to repeatedly ask the staff for ice cream, which was confusing and made the service seem disorganized. • To make matters worse, cold drinks and juice were served in paper cups instead of proper glassware, which is completely unacceptable for a banquet hall. This was incredibly embarrassing for my family and me. • Some of our guests left without eating because of the poor service. Despite this terrible experience, your staff still demanded payment for the guests who left, adding to the embarrassment and frustration. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this restaurant and banquet hall. My family and I initially thought this was a reputable establishment, but the lack of professionalism and poor hospitality completely changed...

I am editing this review after a recent experience I had with them on the Swiggy platform. I ordered 3 single rasmalai and couple of rabri faluda recently . My order was confirmed but the Swiggy delivery person vicky called and told that the restaurant has apprised him that faluda is not available and asked me as to what can he add instead I asked him to add one single piece of rasmalai even though the Swiggy platform showed faluda as available . To my astonishment the delivery person got more than 9 rasmalai just to equate with the amount paid. And he squanderly blamed hira sweets.

I have experienced such incidents couple of times earlier while ordering it online with hira sweets . It seems as if they deliberately altered the order at whim so that they could dispose of the extra items .

Seems like another common sweet shop in the end .

One of the worst Chhole bhature I have ever had in my life. The table was very dirty as someone before us sat on it and had leftovers on it. When we sat, we asked someone to clean it but no one bothered. In the meantime we ordered Chhole bhature and a grilled sandwich. After some time we got our order and the table was still dirty and when we got our order then that waiter cleaned it with our order in one hand and cleaning the table with the other hand which was disgusting. After that we started eating and the chhole tasted awful as they were watery and stale. So we called the manager and asked to cancel it which he did. We tried ordering tea and they told us that the tea will be machine made only so we didn't order it. The grilled sandwich was average in taste and low quality. I would never recommend...
