Went to Ilarooh after seeing it all over Instagram—looked like a burger lover’s dream. Sadly, the reality was far from it.

After waiting over 30 minutes, we finally got our food. We had ordered the footlong with malted mozzarella, but calling it a “burger” is a stretch. The bread was completely soggy, making it impossible to pick up, and the taste was well below average. For the price they charge, this was nowhere near worth it.

We also tried the chicken nuggets—while they were crispy, they had an odd smell from inside, and the coating was so hard it took away from the experience entirely.

What made things worse was the unpleasant smell in the overall setup—it really put us off.

Extremely Poor Experience – Not Recommended!

I had a terrible experience... I placed my order and had to wait 45 to 50 minutes while sitting there the whole time. The service was extremely slow and unprofessional.

When I finally received my order, the packaging was a disaster. The wrap was just loosely covered in a brown paper with no proper sealing—only one staple pin holding it together. Everything had spilled out, making it completely unappetizing. The pasta was undercooked and had no proper coating or flavor.

Even the chicken base of the chizza I ordered was too tough to chew. Overall, the food was disappointing, the service was unorganized, and the hygiene was questionable. I would not recommend this place unless they drastically improve both their food and...
