Imly — Restaurant in Delhi

Pathetic....

I have visited this place in may 2022 and posted a review also...but i dnt know how my post had been deleted...So i m writing it again... I ordered dahi gol gappe,chilly paneer, banta sikanji and kitkat shake,, and ofcourse pav bhaji...Quality and taste of food was poor...Even a road side vendor serves much better dahi gol gappe at one tenth of the its price...chilli paneer was just average with no taste...Kitkat shake was below average at whopping price of Rs. 275 ( The price of keventers kit kat shake is Rs. 249) ...The cheese pav bhaji's pav was so bad ( the bhaji was tasteless and pav quality was bad which was not at all baked too) that we just cancelled it after having a bite...Banta sikanji was the only thing i liked...i dnt knw why this restaurant is so overrated ...they dont have a good ambience too ( the wall paint is coming off) i wouldn't advice anyone to visit this place until and unless Imly improves the food quality and taste nd ofcourse its ambience too..

Pathetic service, Worst customer service experience, even worse hospitality!!! Was recommended by a friend since we wanted a vegetarian option and this has been the worst experience till now at a restaurant in Delhi. The manager was so uncourteous and kept apologising instead of auctioning out things. We waited for 50 mins without even being asked for water. Upon asking for welcome drinks for the elders, the manager simply refused! What an insane hospitality by Imly!!!!...

Ambience was very good, went there for dinner. Had an amazing experience at this place. Food was amazing. The outlet serves the vegetarian food in a very unique way and the food was authentic in taste . Staff was friendly and attentive. Services provided was prompt. Nice place to go with your...
