Vaishno Shakti Dhaba — Local services in Delhi

Extremely poor experience on account of below - The waiter who came to take the order was pretty confused and despite taking the order twice, brought us incorrect items and when I explained him the order was wrong, he made faces and gestured with his hands that what the fuss was about if he brought butter naan instead of tandoori rotis. Thereafter, again he brought butter rotis instead of tandoori rotis.

The owner was arrogant. He was basically totalling and clearing out bill at the cash counter. Was abusive to his waiters while tallying the customer orders n also took quite a while for clearing out bill as he was busy on his phone talking to definitely not customers.

Another strange guy with moustache here, was also sealing the order containers (seemed close relative of the owner). This guy is shameless. He asked us to change our table while we were eating.

Then when we were leaving, I asked for a certain order to be parcelled. He gestured me to come close to him and collect the order signalling that the owner at the cash counter is mad person. THIS WAS HILARIOUS 😂😆

Food was okayish, nothing great. Dal makhani could had been better, chap lacked consistency, tandoori mushroom were saucy, not good. All in all, a messy place which was great many years ago but now they are a rags to riches story and so they don't give a damn to quality and surely don't respect their customers.

Very very bad experience..the guy charged us 70 rs per coffee..when they got to know that we only want coffee and don’t want to order anything else as they are charging very expensive according to their ambience and staff behaviour.. Requesting you to not to visit in this restaurant or order anything from here..

It’s a very small cup of coffee hardly charges 20-30 rs but they charged 140 rs for 2 cup and they are soo clever that they didn’t mention price of coffee and tea in their menu..and it’s really very bogus in...

I tried food at this dhaba and I can say I got the true dhaba like taste here.

Kadhai paneer, butter naan, Kali mirch chaap everything was good. Service was also good and I must the waiter here was a humble kind of person not like the general waiters.

Good food with good service and for the vegetarians tasty food options are available.

If you're passing through this road and getting confused where to stop then you should stop at this dhaba. Pure vegetarian and purely...
