Promising Food, But a Nightmarish Bald Manager at Sandoz
I recently dined at Sandoz, and while the food showed potential, the overall experience was marred by the presence of the bald manager with a terrible attitude towards customers. It's truly disheartening when a restaurant's potential is overshadowed by the negative behavior of its staff.
Let's start with the positives. Sandoz boasts a menu filled with enticing options that initially had my taste buds tingling with anticipation. The food itself was generally well-prepared, with flavorful dishes and quality ingredients. It's clear that the culinary team has skill and talent when it comes to creating delicious meals.
However, the good impressions were swiftly shattered by the manager, who happened to be bald and had a demeanor that could sour even the sweetest of experiences. From the moment I arrived, his unpleasant attitude was impossible to ignore. He treated customers with disdain, exuding an air of superiority and making us feel like an inconvenience rather than welcomed guests.
This manager's lack of customer service skills was painfully evident. He displayed a complete disregard for basic courtesy, failing to address concerns or provide assistance when needed. It seemed as though he was more interested in exerting power and authority rather than ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers.
The atmosphere within the restaurant suffered as a result. The negative energy created by the manager's demeanor permeated the space, leaving a palpable sense of discomfort. The otherwise promising ambiance and decor were overshadowed by the unpleasant presence of the manager, detracting from the overall enjoyment of the meal.
To make matters worse, the service provided by the rest of the staff was lackluster. While they attempted to compensate for the manager's behavior, it was clear that they were demoralized by his actions. This resulted in a lack of attentiveness and occasional errors with orders, ultimately affecting the overall efficiency and satisfaction of the dining experience.
In conclusion, Sandoz could have been a hidden gem with its delicious food, but the manager's terrible attitude tainted the entire experience. It is disappointing to witness such potential go to waste due to one individual's negative impact. Until the management addresses the issue and improves the customer service aspect of their establishment, I cannot recommend Sandoz. It's a shame when the behavior of one person can overshadow the hard work and talent of the rest...
Read morepathetic experience today as this situation can occur with anyone , under polished cover the entire team along with the manager of rajouri garden branch looks very lathargic. while we were enjoying our meal suddenly my mom was unconscious and for few seconds she was in emergency situation. during this emergency situation the family was helpless and was seeking for a simple sugar pouch instead of being active the staff and manager was very casual and they were simply walking to get a sugar pouch as if the situation is not addressed and they are not at all interested to help this family ... on top of that the manager himself failed to show humanity and was ending with this hash tag saying if ur mom was ill y u got to resturant emphasis to the helpless daughter who was seeking help . someone should give a common sense to this weird manager that to a diabetic patient sugar can b low to anyone which doesn't mean a diabetic patient should not step out and go for a meal with a family... If this situation has occured with the staff or with the manager 's mom himself .. at that point i. time he will still walk and be pathetic to show this type of sentence ..

Read moreA very premium restaurant. We (2 person) went to this restaurant for dinner and there was queue for entry because there was houseful inside Sandoz. Then we got our table and just to remind you, seating is very comfortable and you’ll get charging sockets as well for corner seats. Coming to the main stuff, food is very tasty. Your mouth will get watered after seeing the dishes and you’ll get almost every dish possible in a restaurant. Some dishes are costly but if you’re going with more people than there is no worry. Staff is very humble, very calm and quick. Indoor ambience is superb. Possibly, one of the best restaurant chains in Delhi or wherever they are. Highly recommended for everyone who is food lover or foodie. Go and try the Sandoz.
Pros • Excellent management • Superb ambience • Very tasty food • Comfortable seating (Sofa seats) • Variety of dishes • Dedicated wet wipes after food • Can go with anyone including friends, family or couples
Cons • You have to wait for your turn in peak timing as there will be houseful inside. • Kinda costly for 1 or 2 person (for non foodie person) • As there is both Veg and Non-veg, extreme veggers could have a problem.
