The service at this KFC location was disappointing. Despite having the 7-minute express pickup, my order was delivered late, which should have entitled me to a complimentary fried chicken piece. Instead of adhering to this policy, the manager attempted to compensate by upsizing my beverage without my consent. Moreover, they got my drink order wrong, giving me a masala soda instead of the lemon Krusher I requested.
