Rockers And Shockers — Restaurant in Delhi

I regret to say that my recent dining experience at the Rockers and Shockers was highly disappointing. Upon arrival, I was dismayed to find that many items listed on the menu were unavailable. This severely limited my options and left me feeling unsatisfied.

To make matters worse, while enjoying what little food was available, I was horrified to discover a cockroach nestled among the vegetables in my platter. I promptly brought this to the attention of the manager, but to my astonishment, no action was taken to address the issue. This blatant disregard for hygiene standards is utterly unacceptable and speaks volumes about the restaurant's cleanliness practices.

Overall, my experience was not only unpleasant but also concerning. It is evident that they have serious hygiene issues that need to be urgently addressed. I would strongly advise against dining at this establishment until they demonstrate a commitment to improving...

Visited Rockers & Shockers for a team lunch but to be honest not impressed at all! Ambience was nice but food quality was average with very limited options to try. We found the staff to be un-motivated to provide any type of quality service. They were not friendly and condescending. We were offered regular corporate discount but they levied additional service charge on final bill. I resisted as it is the customer’s choice to pay service charge at own consent but they forced us to pay. The Restaurant Manager Mr. Negi was so unprofessional & should be taught basic etiquettes to deal with customers. I wander why this restaurant receives less footfall even after locating in the prime location of Star City Mall. There are better options to try in the same or the very next mall. I wouldn't recommend to visit this place. The waiters serving here are goons and moron. They will threat you and abuse you if you decline to pay for service charge for a pathetic service. There ex employee (Rahul) visit restaurants because they didn't get the pay check and out of frustration they start misbehaving with customers. At the time of entering restaurant they will allow you to pay with any app or mode of payment just to get customers however at the end of the bill they will start arguing with you. They will charge you VAT of 20% which I believe doesn't even exists in the billing system but they have there own rule book and if you go against them they will keep you as hostile.
