Worst experience I had with them... I ordered 2 pizzas through magicpin and made payment for the same ... They accepted this and after 40-50 min they just cancelled the order by their own and I was too hungry that time .... And even they not picking up the call and still I m not got my refund back ..... They just text me that you receive your amount in 5 -7 days ..... Do you think this is right ..... This is my money.... I need to make order from some other restaurant but because of you people I can't bcz I need to wait 7 days for my own money ...... Very disgusting behaviour and I just want my refund back as soon...

It's better for them to shut outlet , as they and their staff are not maintaining hygeine. I wrote them complaint n negative reviews as I found mosquitoes in my pizza, nad what they reply on mail that, I should contact zomato. Wat is the role of zomato in hygeine. Even I already connect zomato they apologise on behalf of restaurant and refund my payment, but restaurant itself has no shame and concern . Please I request everyone to not eat or order from this outlet atleast. Dead mosquitoes, feeling like vomit. Please shut ua outlet or...

One of the worst pizzas. Moreover we found multiple human hair in all the pizzas.

When confronted over call, they denied refunding the amount and said we will give you a new pizza which we were no more interested.

The worse there is no app support for the complaint mode for delivery. Finally, uninstalled the app as never ever buying pizza from...
