La Pino'z Pizza Laxmi Nagar — Restaurant in Delhi

I entered a completely empty place, which seemed a lil creepy at first. I ordered La Pinoz medium chicken pizza, creamy white lasagna, and an Oreo shake. Chetna, the person behind the counter confirmed my order thrice yet she gave me an Americano pasta instead of lasagna 🙂 and REFUSED to accept her mistake. While I was placing my order, she got a call from an angry customer for messing up their order. She took zero accountability and disconnected the call rudely. The staff is highly incompetent. They took forever to serve the order, especially the Oreo shake. But i have to say that pasta was and pizza was good. Oreo shake was just bournvita mixed in cold water. Don't try that! Overall, I'm unsatisfied because I didn't get what I ordered and they refused to take accountability for their mistake. I'm never entering any la pinoz outlet ever and would recommend ya'll stay out of Laxmi nagar outlet as well. Other customers were also complaining about the staff and service. Also, I noticed that they were not picking the calls on time. Other than Chetna, no one knows how to talk to customers so the remaining staff was continuously calling for her at every minor inconvenience. Highly incompetent and...

The store has got pathetic delivery and service attitude. The staff need to be educated on how to speak to customers. I had ordered delivery order #17510503 on 08-Oct-23. Post placing the order at 1:15 pm, I recieved message of order being delivered at 1:43 without it being delivered actually. On calling store, the lady seemed like she was obliging me. She said that due to software issue, order was marked delivered and delivery person was getting ready to deliver. On asking again she insisted that nothing unusual in it. The order finally reached me at 1:55 pm. The tone of store executive was offending.

The taste of pizzas ordered was ok and had got soggy. Can understand why Domino's has 30 min delivery time but deliver in 20 mins or so. Their pizza doesn't suffer from sogginess.

I had placed an order on 2nd July 2021 at 2.45pm order number 2711344. The order had been placed but till now 4.29pm, the order has not been accepted. I have called multiple times to the outlet (laxmi nagar, Delhi) but no proper response is being provided. I am struggling for almost 2 hours for getting my order accepted. But the order has neither been accepted nor being cancelled so i am being left hooked up with my money stuck as it was a prepaid order. This unnecessary delay and laid back approach is highly depressing especially because today is my brother's birthday as well.

I didn't expect service from la pino's to be so downgraded that past 2 hour i have been left hungry...
