Disgraceful Experience – A Shame to Hospitality!

Absolutely shameful behavior by the staff at League of Nations. We had a Swiggy booking offer, and instead of honoring it, they arrogantly told us “No discounts, take what we offer or leave!” When we didn’t accept their manipulative deal, they simply told us to leave the place. Is this what they call hospitality?

Their attitude was not only unprofessional but downright disrespectful to my family. My 60-year-old parents had to climb two floors for starters — despite us politely requesting help or lift access, the staff mockingly said “thoda bola tha upar aane ke liye.” That’s the level of arrogance and insensitivity we faced.

The ambience is disgusting, the restaurant is empty (now we know why), and the staff are rude, careless, and utterly untrained. They have no basic manners, let alone customer service.

And to confirm every word I’ve said here, I have video proof of this incident — this is not just a rant but a factual account backed with evidence. I’m adding this review in full awareness and responsibility, because such behavior needs to be called out.

Save yourself the regret — I wouldn’t visit this place again even if they offered...

One of the worst experiences in the recent past in the campus cafe. I had bought a dine out pass for four people worth 100/-. But upon reaching I found that there was nobody to attend you, I had to reconfirm that is it LON with one of the guy in music set up. After 10 min one guy came and gave me a menu, again after some time other guy came and gave me some loose sheet as menu saying we have different menu for dine out booking. The prices of all the items were near double then the original prices, this was the first time where I was offered another menu citing booking from an app. When asked about the same they did not had a satisfactory answer to it. Being a campus cafe they were even not considerate about the campus students and had different policies. See the kind of response and hospitality rest of my friends decided to walk out, and there was like nothing from the cafe side to make us stay back. I had a very disappointing experience here. When we first sat down, we were given a menu with reasonable prices, but when the bill came, we noticed we were being charged according to a completely different (and more expensive) menu we never saw. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam.

To make things worse, there were hidden charges added to the bill without any prior mention or explanation. When we questioned the staff, they were evasive and unhelpful.
