Nirula's Kirti Nagar — Restaurant in Delhi

Disappointed, extremely. I'll start off by saying that we have been big time customers of Nirula's throughout earlier times.

But the experience we had today was severely lower than basic expectations.

First, the food was extremely cold (and stale). The outlet isn't far. There is always a way to pack in foil wrapping to keep food warm. Nothing of the sort was present. Makes us wonder, if the food was even fresh to begin with.

I'm attaching a picture of the soups of 250, 300/- each. Please assess whether these 200ml cold soups are worth the price charged.

In the grilled chicken and veggies, one could count the number of small pieces of veggies on their fingertips.

When I called the outlet, they responded that they sent the "complete" amount of food and it makes you really wonder, is stale cold food really worth it? Spoiled the...

Went to this lovely place and obviously it is one of the most popular food chains so food has to be delicious.

I tried-

Onion capsicum pizza and golden glow ice cream soda - they have some very good pocket friendly combos. I opted golden glow because i like vanilla ice cream. You can opt any ice cream soda with this pizza for just 300 bucks and it was delicious. Crust was thin and crispy with perfectly chopped veggies on it. Also the ice cream soda was too good. . Sa-veg burger & TZEG burger- both were good and tasted well . Hot chocolate fudge- the classic by nirulas and something i love the most about this place. MUST TRY!! Tried the new thin crust pizzas and they are pretty good. However, I feel the pizzas could be slightly more topping rich. But the Hot Chocolate fudge remains my all time fave. Now with the brownie added in the HCF they have taken up a notch. The staff are always friendly and helpful. New Range is here - had the pulled chicken burger, with comp fries and coleslaw.
