Nirula's Patparganj — Restaurant in Delhi

My recent experience at this Nirula's location was quite disappointing due to the rude behavior of the owner. Our group of four was looking forward to enjoying ice cream. Three of us requested to sample a flavor each. However, when I politely asked to taste a second flavor, the owner responded with abruptness and rudeness, stating that we had reached our limit. He informed us of a policy of "three tastings per group," even claiming he was being generous by allowing us an "extra" tasting.

This policy, which feels unusual and customer-unfriendly to limit tastings per group rather than per individual, was compounded by the owner's incredibly poor customer service. His rude demeanor and inflexible tone left a negative impression on our entire group.

As someone with fond memories of Nirula's in Connaught Place, I am saddened to see this location so drastically miss the mark in customer experience.
