I had ordered the Chicken Delight pizza along with a Pink Guava drink. However, upon receiving the delivery, I noticed that the drink was missing entirely. To add to the inconvenience, the delivery person was unaware of this discrepancy and had no clear explanation for the missing item.
I attempted to contact both the restaurant and Zomato customer support to resolve the issue, but I encountered further frustration. The restaurant was unresponsive and failed to answer my calls, which left me in the dark about whether they were aware of the problem on their end. Additionally, the lack of timely support from Zomato only exacerbated the situation.
After raising the issue with Zomato support, I was informed that I would receive a compensation for the missing drink and the poor quality of the food. However, the compensation provided was only a partial refund and did not even cover the cost of the missing item in full. Furthermore, the food quality itself was mediocre at best—certainly not what I had expected from a brand like Nirula's.

He denies to serve. My 10 year gold medalist son went to eat an ice cream and server denied to put extra hot chocolate on top of scoop even though we were ready to pay for extra goodies. He said “ismein chocolate nahi dalta hai.” Who’s he to deny when customer is willing to pay extra for extra goodies.
