🍴 O2 Multicuisine Restaurant & o2_the_oxygen_Lounge: A Costly and Disappointing Experience 😞💸

Hey there, fellow food enthusiasts and cautious diners 🙋‍♂️ I recently had the misfortune of dining at O2 Multicuisine Restaurant & o2_the_oxygen_Lounge (O2 मल्टीक्विज़ीन रेस्टोरेंट & o2_the_oxygen_Lounge), and let me tell you, it was an experience that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. 😩

First things first, I had heard about this place and saw good reviews on Google Maps and Zomato. 🌟📊 So, when my friend and I were exploring dinner options, I suggested we give it a try. 🍽️ However, what we encountered was far from the positive reviews we had read.

The restaurant is spread across two floors: the first floor for families and the second floor primarily for liquor. 🏡🍺 We opted for the family-friendly first floor, but our experience began on a sour note. As soon as we sat down, we realized the AC was not working. ❄️ We had to wait for 15 minutes to be seated at a different table where the AC was functioning. ⏰

Upon reviewing the menu, I was shocked to find that everything started at an exorbitant 400 rupees. 💸 It was clear that this place was not cost-friendly at all. 🤑 I've explored many dining spots, but this one took the cake for being the most expensive. 🎂 It felt like they had paid for their reviews, given the stark contrast between the online praise and our actual experience. 📊👎

We placed an order for a veg sizzler, kadhi paneer, and two butter naans. 🍲🥖 But the service was abysmal. 🚫 The plates were made of cheap plastic material, and the waiters were completely unprofessional. 🤦‍♂️ The table was dirty, with no tissues or water available. I had to ask multiple times before finally getting what we needed. 🧻💧

Only thing that was not costly is liquor but we went for food. i just ordered 1 tuborg large classic beer at 235 rs+25% vat

When the veg sizzler arrived, it included chaap, masoom tikka, paneer tikka, and kebabs – two to three pieces each. 🍖🍗 However, the taste was completely off. 🤢 The quantity was good, but the kebabs had too much of an overpowering flavor. 😒 Seeing the service, I had no patience to complain further. 😩

We canceled the remaining order and left the place, deciding to eat something outside instead. 🍔🌮 There was nothing good about our experience at O2 Multicuisine Restaurant & o2_the_oxygen_Lounge. 🚫 It's clear that the reviews are paid, and the crowd is likely there due to false advertising. 📊👎 The retention rate? Zero. ❌

So, my advice to you all is to avoid falling for the fake reviews and crowded appearance. 🙅‍♂️ Save your money and your sanity by steering clear of this overpriced and underwhelming dining experience. 💸👎

This is an ongoing restaurant for me and 👪 family. A Multicousine Restaurant and Bar, Once again I visited this place, superlike customer service, Hospitality, Courteous staff, on top of that amazing food. A special thanks to Christopher Robinson their Manger onboard, along with staff Rakesh and Abhishek Mishra. Amazing service Christopher was attending all tables ensuring all Evry table is aligned with his associate to attend. He is not leaving any individual, Family and Friend unattended. Taking feedback and customizing your items per your taste. 100 percent on Hospitality..Now let me share the feedback for food, Tried their Chilly Paneer, Awesome in taste and one of the best, In starters their Rashmi kabab, Very soft and tender chicken with mild creame, spices and cashews and we had papad chat which was cool with Beer. In the main course, we tried Paneer lazeez, Their evergreen Dal Makhani with Stuff Naan. Food was tasty and made as per our taste 😋 👌 😍.

Best dishes to try, Dal Makhani, Paneer Lazeez, Kadhai Paneer / chicken Mutton Rogan Josh, Butter chicken / Shahi Paneer, Tandoori Platter veg/non veg, Rashmi Kabab, Afghani chicken, Malai Chicken, Tandoori chicken, All Chinese items. Kudos to their Chefs.

This place is up market, Never disappoint you for your taste buds.. Keep the spirits high as you guys are doing wonderful jobs 👌...

Pathetic Food, totally Tasteless. Ordered Full Dal Makhani received Half Portion. Ordered Lacha Roti Prantha after checking breads images - received some hard roti (mathi type) that too sweet and salty mixed. Mint chutney was stale and bitter. Sirka Onions and Onion Salad was too Salty. I am not able to understand what has happened to O2 quality and also food portion size. Either chef has changed or entire team from taking orders to chef to dispatcher have changed. Parcel received in plain white plastic bag with knots and swiggy tape on top. Even small dhabas use proper containers to pack food but this restaurant still trusts old plastic bags (not food friendly) foils and rubber bands. Wasted my money by ordering from this restaurant.
