Pathetic & Unacceptable Service – Pizza Hut, You Should Be Ashamed

Today’s experience at Pizza Hut was nothing less than a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others before they face the same pathetic treatment.

The attendant at the reception behaved in the most unprofessional manner possible. Instead of taking my order properly, he kept running back and forth, doing arrangements for pending deliveries. It took 2–3 visits just to get my order noted down – absolutely ridiculous for a brand that claims to stand for quality service.

Finally, after wasting my time, I placed a takeaway order consisting of 4 drinks, fries, sides, and a medium pizza. But when I received the order, I was shocked beyond words. The drinks were given in open glasses, without any lids,without proper takeaway packaging. When I questioned this careless and laughable arrangement, the staff bluntly told me that “there is no option.”

Really, Pizza Hut? A global fast-food giant can’t even provide basic takeaway packaging for beverages? How do you expect a customer to carry 4 open glasses filled with cold drinks on a two-wheeler without spilling everything? This is not only inconvenient but also dangerous and reflects a complete lack of common sense, training, and responsibility on your staff’s part.

This level of service is pathetic, irresponsible, and unacceptable. It shows zero regard for customers’ time, money, or convenience. Pizza Hut needs to understand that customers don’t come to spend their hard-earned money just to receive such humiliating and substandard service.

If this is the standard Pizza Hut wants to set for its outlets, then it is a matter of shame for the brand. I would strongly advise people to think twice before ordering from here, because clearly, Pizza Hut no longer cares about the basic dignity and safety of its customers.

Absolutely disappointed...

Cheese max crust -4/5 Sprinkled fries - 3/5 Paneer pocket - 2/5 Veg kebab crust -2/5 Cheese comfort pasta -1/5 (horrible taste. Quantity is very less for 300) Garlic bread -1/5 (it is extremely hard) Margherita pizza - 2/5 Melts loaded veggie barbeque - 3/5 Margherita with stuffed max crust-4/5 Margherita pizza - 2/5 cheese used is not cheese. Tear and share veg - 2/5. Cheese used is not cheese. Loaded Breadstix - 1/5 it is just garlic flavoured bread with white sauce which tastes bad.

They should also have cheese burst pizza. Large size in pizzas is also missing....

Their pizzas are yummy Same taste, same quality in every outlet. ⭐️ - One star for this outlet is because their seating area is in a food court of PP CITY CENTRE MALL. The mall management keeps the Aircon off most of the times ( with an excuse of technical issue). It’s not worth paying exorbitant price for their pizzas & then eating the same while sweating in an area in which the owner does not even keeps the aircon running. 👉 PIZZA HUT must put up this issue firmly with the management of PP City...
