WORST FOOD and PATHETIC SERVICE. Let me share my disappointing experience

The quality of the food was quite disappointing. It seemed as though the chefs lacked the skills to prepare a satisfactory meal. Either the dishes were half burnt or had a taste that was far from appetizing.

The waitstaff appeared to be clueless and disorganized. They were constantly wandering around, often misplacing orders. My family and I had to repeatedly ask for basic items like spoons and plates. It was quite frustrating to receive such inadequate service.

The overall incompetence and rudeness of the staff were glaringly evident. They seemed incapable of performing even the simplest tasks, which led us to raise our voices in an attempt to receive the proper service we deserved. When we addressed our concerns with the manager, the attempts to rectify the situation fell flat. To add insult to injury, we were charged a service fee despite the lack of any substantial service provided.

These experiences left a sour taste in my mouth and left me feeling incredibly dissatisfied. It is disheartening to encounter such subpar quality and service in a supposed dining...

One of the WORST experience ever..!! Food - Average Service - Pathetic Staff - Amateur Drinks - Cocktails: Average, Mocktails: Good Sheesha : Good Ambience: Fine Value for Money : (Personally) "Not Worth It..!!"

This place lacks in team coordination & management so drastically that we spent our entire night Asking, Replacing or Revising our orders. Apart from our entire order, we ordered Chicken Tikka & Chicken Dumplings and what we received were Paneer Tikka & Paneer Dumplings. Upon Asking to revise the same, staff suggested us to stick to the order received, else the order amount will be deducted from their salaries. Personally, felt pity for the server for carrying such fear and disappointment for their higher designations. Though they replaced the order eventually after no. of discussions. At the end we asked them to remove the Service Charges from the bill, again that was also not considered by them.

Place was a total waste of Time, Energy & Money..!! Hope this place find ways...
