Last Sunday I had food from this newly opened delivery outlet in Pitampura. Their packaging is really awesome and they have authentic Chinese food. First of all I had Chinese Wontons & Pak Choy soup. It was a clear soup with braised wontons and pak choy & pepper corn. Then I tried crisp spinach with fried garlic; it was too different, delicious, and healthy dish. It was prepared with shredded spinach with brown sugar and garlic in sesame oil. I also tried spring onion & cashew dimsums; made from rice flour and stuffed with roasted cashews, broccoli stem and spring onions. It was one of best dimsums I had. Then I tried spicy garlic noodles and also khao suey meal. Noodles were too tasty prepared from rice flour. Khao Suey Meal had braised noodles with spicy thin coconut and yellow curry. In the super competitive Pitampura Food Market, Oriental Mom stands out. Pitampura is filled with a huge number of food outlets. There is so much variety around that it can often be tough to make up your mind around one restraunt amd thankfully, Oriental Mom helps the cause. I ordered from this place last week after being inspired by the amazing Zomato Ratings for this place. We ordered Asian Green and Traditional Chicken Soup. Not only was the service and delivery perfect, but we also got Spring Rolls as a complementary dish. The food was packed nicely and tasted amazing. I’ve ordered from here 3 times and my experience has been not so good. All i could taste was peanuts in that dish and nothing else. Today i ordered their Veg basil thai chilli bowl and it was tasteless. I mentioned again to make it spicy but it was bland again. No taste only plain noodles and a very average curry/gravy with it. After reading reviews again I thought of ordering again but today also my experience was equally bad. I hope they take some feedback and make changes.
