Pizza Hut | Fun City Mall Rohini, New Delhi — Restaurant in Rohini

Today I went to pizza hut with my friends. One of the clearer has done misbehave with me. When i were sit on one table they told me that table is book for birthday and then I go to another table then he again told me that table is booked for birthday party. Although that table is far from another table and 4 people were sat nearby table. When i said to clean that table they say it will take time to clean. I really didn't expected these thing from your restaurant. i decided to move to other restaurants. That branch address was G 19 & 20, Gr Flr, Fun City Mall, Prashant Vihar, Sector 14, Rohini, New Delhi, Delhi 110085. They don't have manners and there were no one to take some action. Experience was good but disappointed with few new stupid rules they implemented in there store don't know about Pizza Hut India but Pizza Hut Prashant Vihar has some stupid rule. Like you can't enjoy your meal first because you need to pay for your order than you need to wait. But if you want anything in between than you again need to bill the things first than again you can wait and enjoy your meal and most of the beverage are just for the sake to be in menu only because they don't have anything apart from Pepsi that's it. Rest food is really good we all enjoyed it. But hospitality I won't give full star because...

Premium experience is gone. You now have to place your own order. Too much noise in their cooking area. They have reduced their prices as well to compete with other Pizza brands.

Just to give you an idea about how horrid their service is, I had to ask for water 3 times.

It takes forever for them to serve your order. They keep saying five more minutes. More than 20 minutes had passed and they had not served a single dish, not even our mocktails.
