Oven Story — Restaurant in Delhi

I ordered pizza with order id 77886521. It showed me it will take half an hour for pizza to deliver. In meanwhile a person from ovenstory contacted me regarding my address confirmation i told him my exact address but he punched an address which is approx 8km away from my place and they without informing me cancelled the order when after 45 mins i looked into the app it showed cancelled then instead of ovenstory contacting me i have to contact them because i had paid the money and seems like they were not at all responsible. One branch (sector7 rohini) person to told me that they have no information regarding my order and handed me another number of sector 8 branch and all this took another 30 mins and when i contacted sector 8 branch he told that he punched the wrong address and then said you need to place new order Such a pathetic service and customer response and at last pizza was delivered after 1hour 40 mins and my add ons for which i paid extra money was also not full filled. Even i have the pictures. Unprofessional approach and such a delay is not accepted

I ordered from swiggy hoping to taste some good garlic bread because i was bored of dominoes but my problem was i expected something..... Garlic bread literally tasted like normal bread......your infused cheesse was all bluff, there was no cheeese inside just normal bread....and in your garlic bread recipee u added lot of pickle inside which doesnt go with garlic bread at all....i ordered 3 garlic bread with free cheese dip and only 1 cheese dip came.....garlic bread was really plain and NOOOOOO good...please change your recipee more like dominoes or something.....in the end your garlic bread didnt taste like garlic bread at all.....so if anyones mama tell anyone not to waste food then give then oven story garlic breaddddddd!(infused withhhhhh...

Tried Oven Story for the first time, and I must say – the pizzas are loaded with cheese and toppings, especially their signature cheese burst bases. The flavors are unique compared to regular pizza chains, and I loved the peri-peri chicken option.

The delivery was on time, and the packaging kept everything hot and fresh. However, the prices are slightly on the higher side, and portion sizes could be more generous for what you pay.
