Oven Story — Restaurant in Delhi

Does not deserve even a single star... Happened two times with me.. First time, they took 1.5 hrs to deliver a cold pizza..I had to receive it bec they were not cancelling it even after being so late.. Second time, today..I ordered and the app showed delivered even when the delivry guy did not leave the restaurant..when I called him, he said he would deliver in 10 mins...after waiting for 15 mins, I again called and he put the call on hold.. Then I complained to Swiggy and asked them to cancel the order...on much insistence they did so.. After 10 mins, I again receive the call that I have come to deliver the pizza which I promptly denied. I did not receive it. Never ever going to order from this utterly mismanaged place. Waste of time,...

One of the worst places ever to order a pizza from. Didn't recieve the pizza I ordered and instead I recieved a cheaper variant. Now they are denying responsibility even after I shared the image. They are saying that they delivered the pizza I ordered and instead are shirking from their responsibility.

I always order from Domino's and I thought I should change the experience but it was the worst one ever. Beware of their empty promises and fake smiles.

Edit: They (OvenStory) replied and asking me to contact them on mail, which I did, and the issue is unresolved as they are saying it's not...

"The item shows delivered even before it reaches home, they show someone else's delivery boy and send it to someone else. What I found most disgusting was that the delivery boy told me, 'Ma'am, you don't look like your Truecaller profile picture, you are very beautiful, you are not like that.' Due to this, I felt very bad that he was talking like this, instead of doing his job. I had ordered pizza, cold drink, cheesecake, and garlic bread, but he didn't give me the pizza and it's been 1.5 hours already. I have eaten my food, but my pizza still...
