Went in there with a little bit of apprehension; fuelled by of what I had heard earlier. All dispelled once in, and out after having spent nearly 2 and a half hours there. The restaurant is located in a mall with not too much of footfall; and is located on the 4th floor giving it an eerie feeling of isolation. But that's all about the forebodings that one gets. Once inside the atmosphere is bright and inviting; not garish though - a plus! Comfy seating. Ambiance - not very sophisticated, but still rather pretty good n cosy. Lighting and noise levels inside are neither harsh nor intrusive; just about right to have a comfortable dining out experience with family. Service attendance at table was courteous and good; though at times a tad slow. No complaints though. Now the food - that's what one comes for. Their virgin mojito was I must say good (much better than many other restaurants where I've had this recently, even at those who would claim to be more upmarket than this place). A little on the sweeter side and would have been better if it were a bit lower. But gives a feeling of minty freshness and presented well. Their Baccardi mojito also gets a thumbs up from a member from our group! The mugs of virgin sangria too are worth a praise! Only flip here is how they've priced their drinks - on the higher side and pinches the pocket and need to be revised down to more reasonable limits. Now the food. Portions - good. Presentation - good. Taste - good! The chicken-home-made-style was yum. Can't find fault with the food! The breads were fresh, hot and crisp! And the pineapple raita was really the highlight of our order -thick, rich 'n creamy with chunks aplenty. And chilled! That earns it a wah-wah! All in all a very satisfying dining out experience! I went to celebrate my Nephews Birthday on 9th September 2021. we were around 15 family member. Everything was going well. the snacks that we ordered were all yummy. but when we ordered the main Course that includes Dal Makhni & Butter Chicken. both were yuk. Both the dishes were on Sweeter Side. & when we did the complaint for the same they were like no issues we will fix it then they bring the Dal Makhni with the Tadka of Kali Mirch to Balance the sweetness. then again we told them that u people r famous for your Dal Makhni but today ur Dal Makhni is Worst. we often Visit the place like on birthdays anniversary so we know the taste but on that day it was worst. But person over there was not ready to accept it he was continuously on saying that we sell around 300-400 plates of Dal Makhni Everyday. nobody complaint. we told him that we have ordered so many things but out of them we are complaining for it only that means something in wrong in that. but he didn't accept & rude too. we told him to deduct the amount of Dal Makhni from the Bill but he didnt done that. we told him that if we can pay a bill of 9k then we can also pay for dal Makhni that cost Rs. 800-900 approx. for 2 plates. but he misbehaved. we told him to call the Manager but he said that he himself is the Manager of the restaurant. but from his dress up he was not looking like a Manager at all. we are staying in Rani Bagh and enjoying their Food Since our Childhood specially the Dal Makhni. But as per their behavior on that day i dont think we will visit the place again. whom so ever is running this restaurant plz look into the matter and make sure ur staff should listen to the customer and accept...
