Pure Shudh - Best vegetarian food court in delhi — Restaurant in Delhi

PATHETIC SERVICE: If you are not staying at the adjoining bloom hotel DO NOT ENTER THIS PLACE EVEN BY MISTAKE. They really do not want any locals to enter and that is boldly written across the manner the staff treats you. I walked in for breakfast and the first question they asked me was whether I was a guest at the hotel , on saying no they tried to force me to take the buffet which said 299/- per person on the board outside, but they were charging 350 per head. I said I want ala carte, they did bring the menu...in vain...cause 80% of the menu wasn't "available" according to them. Then one item that they said was available was ordered, they came back after ten minutes saying it will take ten-fifteen minutes to make it (while it was right there in their buffet). That probably was their way of saying "we don't want to serve you" but I didn't pick the hint...cause after half hour of reminders about the order, we chose to inform the manager at the counter and cancel the order. The heights was that the manager was "too busy" to even hear about the cancellation, we had no option but...

Overrated restaurant. Had visited this restaurant 6-7 years ago....back then it's food was great even though it was purely self service at that time.... HOWEVER, when I visited recently last week the TASTE OF THE FOOD HAD DECLINED significantly. We ordered a tandoori platter which was served cold and tasted below average. Next we ordered veg pizza which was ok not great. Next was masala dosa which was the only decent item....next was pav bhaji....the bhaji had no taste at all.....it was the WORST PAV BHAJI have ever eaten in my life.....another item we had ordered was special thali and none of the items in the thali could be termed as tasty...it was only edible. I would never go back there again or suggest anyone to go to that place....The 4.8 rating on Google seems to be because of the food in the past not the sorry excuse of the restaurant it...

The hotel - is the breakfast place for the adjoining Bloom . We stayed in Bloom for 3 days and had to go here for breakfast and here's the geniune review post that .

1- Food is average. Plates are with hair on all 3 days no proper cleaning. 2- Saute veggies were not cleaning hence every bite u get to eat fine grains of sand sply broccoli. 3- The chef -saurab if am correct comes from no where and takes a vedio as people to comment on food like a 5 star hotel. It's breakfast time and people want to eat in peace then being a part of your vlog daily. Please avoid this for good case . If someone likes ur food then will review it u don't have to shoot a vedio and act weird.

Dosa were crispy like papad. Idly was stale .
