Terrible Hotel!
Pros: It is just a few steps from Karol Bagh Metro Station and is close to lots of food stalls and shops, so finding food and drinks is not an issue at all. The street is quiet and easily accessible by any vehicle.
Tip: You can stay even 10-15 mins from that Metro Station or choose Jhandewala Metro Station and still walk or book a Uber/Ola which is more economical, rather than looking for this proximity.
Cons: Everything inside the room and hotel is way too old - bathrooms, furniture, AC, TV, etc. The WiFi is terrible and they give you the code by writing at the back of the business card! The hallways are filled with dirty plates and mugs after 8pm. The lifts are functional but remain small.
Tip: Never book Room 305. It is one of the dirtiest and oldest rooms in that hotel. Room 205 is equally bad due to the smell inside the room.
Staff: They do not care much and there is no welcome.
Tip: Make sure you ask for the early check-in or late check-out rate before your stay as the staff usually overcharge. Usually the early check-in is in another room and not the room you paid for and then at the right time, they will move you again.
Verdict: The place is totally neglected and run down. If no other options are available and it is an urgency, you may sleep only or stay there for strictly 1 night only. Otherwise, it is not worth the price and do your homework to find a better place.

Read moreWe recently visited Delhi and stayed in this hotel. Hotel is clean and neat and very close to Karol bagh metro station. It's located right in the middle of Karol bagh market. There are good restaurants close by.
Hotel staff Brijesh Shukla was excellent. He was very helpful and even booked the cab for our Delhi sightseeing for reasonable price. He even helped us to book cab for Jaipur sightseeing. Big thanks to him for his wonderful hospitality.
However, next day there was another staff who wasn't so great. He was still sleeping when our can driver came to pick us, so nobody informed us about cab driver's arrival. And even hot water was not available at 5 am in the morning that particular day and we had to take bath in cold water.

Read moreWe had booked two hotel rooms from the goibibo app one month before the check-in. We reached at the hotel on the night of check-in, and to our surprise the reception staff denied the truth of us booking any rooms. Instead they had assigned the rooms to other guests just because we were a little late to check-in. Neither did they call us to confirm our arrival and on the top of that refused to have our booking, all of this happened at 1:30 am in the morning. After a lot of quarrel, the manager agreed to arrange rooms in another hotel, which was a pathetic one.
The hotel staff is completely unethical, do not respect their guests and they even refused to return the booking charges of hotel.
If there was an option, I would have given it zero stars...
