When it comes to having moonglet, hands down its the best. I haven't heard of moonglet before, it's derived from moong + omlette, but don't worry it's purely vegetarian. The moonglet is worth 100 rupees, is made of moong, having coriander leaves and beetroot slices and sauteed in double butter on a pan. If you're in karolbagh metro station or in ghaffar market do have the chance of eating moonglet. Also the two chutneys that they give are delicious. One is made of mint and coriander and the other one is made of tamarind.
