Just wanted to share my 1st impression of sardar ji I was visiting itpo and on my return next to the metro station i saw a saw joint on the road side and had eggs and bread. A very decent and humble person who is now very aged but yes full of energy. Offering delicious omelette for the Delhi people. His face is so full of energy that i couldn't click his face picture as I was just watching his face. Total respect for sardar ji and wishing for her growth and prosperity. Sardarji does everything by himself. I made a surprise visit to his shop. He was feeding egg bhurji to a cat. When I talked about what he puts in omlette he told me 20₹ amul Desi ghee, 2 bread, 2 eggs, "galat kaam nahi karta beta", You would like his food and love him as a person after meeting him.
