Slice of Italy — Restaurant in Delhi

Pathetic and unprofessional behavior on the part of everyone that works there. I would steer clear of them. We ordered two calzones this Sunday night. We specified regular, as opposed to medium for both. When the food arrived (over 1 hour late), they gave us one regular and one medium. I have no idea how such a stupid mistake could have been made. They could have easily recovered this by doing what any other professional food service establishment would have done, and charged us for the regular, as we had originally asked. The manager argued with us, and finally out of spite, told us that he would send his delivery guy back (who had run out the door at this point), and deliver us a regular. he didn't even offer to refund the money that he owed us for the mistake. Do not order from Slice of Italy, if you value professionalism...

Please never ever Order befooled by the name with ITALY in it, it will be the worst Pizza you will ever have. And even if you do, never order it via FoodPanda. It took them 1 and a Half Hour to deliver and that too the delivery boy was so intelligent that he had placed the box vertically. So we got two things instead of one, 1 Pizza Base and 1 mixtures of cheeze and toppings. The pizza was cold and tasted awful even after warming it in microwave. My kids were so excited but the delay and the bad taste, totally spoiled their evening. PATHETIC!...

Ordered a one kg cake at around 11:30 for delivery time of 3 p.m for the same day. Even after calling multiple times and listening multiple lies didn't receive the order till 5:30 and finally had to cancel the order. Order was placed to okhla centre which is 20 mins far from my home. Pathetic service and attendants have a habit to lie. I used to order frequently but from now on i won't. Hope the management takes some corrective actions soon otherwise...
