They are fooling customer with their products especially north indian customer who actually consider every dosa place as equally good. Crispiness in a dosa isn't all enough the masala has to give its bit to make it a complete masala. Dosa treat . Next filter coffee which is supposed to be served hot but unfortunately in there place it is served as cold coffee and tastes like made with rs.2 Bru pouch instead of actual filter coffee powder.
And to be LOUD now for all... You are just selling Ambience not good food . Just ambience will not work in long run
Mr. Dalmia i think you should rework on your dishes by taking your whole team to any of even roadside dosa stalls in Bangalore or Karnataka / Tamil nadu rural you will understand how actual masala dosa tastes like and what it feels with a real filter coffee.
Fyi : A simple filter coffee packet of 50 g in Karnataka rural and places like Go karna would cost just rs. 85 . And that would give you more than enough feel of real filter coffee but please use full cream milk unlike your kitchen's half toned milk Loll
This feedback is real hope you work on these and until I hear any real taste improvement feedback in market as a word of mouth , i will be having dosa coffee at my home and may be a filter coffee at Sarvana Bhawan which they are best not promoting them but sincerely their filter coffee is real good one. Just taste one from any of their stores you...
Read moreMy friend had always spoken highly of Dosa Coffee Café and shared his positive experiences with me. On his recommendation, I visited the café and even encouraged my family and friends to go there. However, after hearing about his recent experience, I feel compelled to leave this review.
During his visit, a table for four became vacant. Right before that, two people had come and sat at the table in front of him. When the table was empty, he requested it from the staff, but they refused and said it was reserved. They further claimed that the table was for a group of four and that two people from the group had already left. This was a blatant lie, as my friend had seen everything himself. The two people who used the table had arrived in front of him, and there was no group of four involved at all. While such situations could be understandable if the place was busy, there was no rush at the time, making the staff's actions and false justification completely unacceptable.
As someone who valued this café, I am deeply disappointed. I will no longer visit this place and will stop recommending it to anyone. I urge the senior management to investigate this issue seriously. Incidents like this damage the reputation of a café that was once trusted and loved. Please ensure customers are treated fairly and honestly...
Read moreToday, I visited Dosa Coffee Café with my friend. We've been coming here since it opened in Pacific Mall, and it used to be our favorite spot. We always liked the food and the ambiance. However, what happened today was completely unacceptable. A table for four became vacant, and before us, only two people were seated there. They moved in front of us to take the table. When the table was vacated, we asked the staff to assign it to us, but they claimed it was reserved. In reality, it wasn't reserved; it seemed like they simply wanted to give it to someone else due to the New Year rush. When we questioned them, they kept insisting it was reserved without providing a proper explanation. Their rude response and lack of transparency were very...
