I’ve grown up eating Subway and always loved it — especially with all sauces. But lately, the experience has become extremely disappointing.

Subway now restricts you to only 3 sauces on Swiggy/Zomato, and even after writing detailed requests and calling multiple times (most of the time no one even picks up), the orders still arrive with just 3 sauces. I even doubled my order today and specifically mentioned “all sauces” in the notes, tried calling 5 times on 2 numbers — and still got the same bland, incomplete sub.

This isn’t a one-time issue. It’s every single order. And it’s only because the restaurant doesn’t bother to pick up calls or update the correct contact number.

From now on, I’ll be rating 1 star on swiggy every time my special instructions are ignored. It’s not difficult — just give customers what they ask for or at least respond to calls. Subway used to be about customization; now it’s about...

Not a Good Experience

I went there around 10:40 PM and ordered a Sandwich. While I was paying, I thought of eating one more Sandwich, so I ordered another too. While I was eating (took me just 5 minutes), they asked me that 2nd Sandwich will have to be Takeaway and can't be Dine-in. In short, I'm eating my 1st Sandwich and they indirectly asked me to eat the 2nd Outside. I was hungry so I ignored & took it outside. Later on, when I saw those Subway people (who make Sandwich) outside the restaurant with Disposable glasses for Whiskey/Liquor, then I got the reason why I had to eat outside. Taste of Sandwich was not so good. Bread was not tasting fresh (was so hard) and Sauces were too less. I've eaten at Rajinder Nagar Outlet and they make perfect...

It was a nice place to have food. I enjoyed here. I came her with my family. We had a different sandwiches offered here. The waiting time is not more. We usyally get our ordered meal soon. We could also get a coke,coffee,tea here. Seating arrangement is also comfortable. The place is nicely maintained. The service is slso very good. Must try for once. Decor is good. It is good place for food. You can come up with friends and family members. I had a great experience here of food. Rates are also normal. Must try it once with friends and family members. 😊😊😊😊😊
